Data entry — spreadsheet cleanup (500 rows)

I have a messy Excel spreadsheet with about 500 rows of customer data that needs cleaning and standardising: fix phone number formats, split "full name" into first/last, remove duplicates, and fill in missing postcode column using the address. Will share file via Google Drive. Need done within 48 hours.
